
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
Your order will be processed once payment has been received and cleared in our account. Payments can take up to two days to reflect in our bank account.
Orders are processed once a day and you will receive email notifications at each stage of your ordering process.
During special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by one business day due to high volume of orders.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY:
Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holiday in South Africa.
TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once we have handed your package over for delivery.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please note that our courier companies are not able to deliver to P.O Boxes. We will also not be held responsible for incorrect delivery details supplied when checking out. Additional courier charges may apply in the event of an incorrect delivery address.
Please note that the courier company will require a signature at delivery of the parcel.
CONDITION OF GOODS
Sterling Silver 925 will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. You may request for us to take a date stamped picture of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging. We cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
